A creamy, tropical green smoothie to support hydration, digestion, and that springtime glow.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk

  • 2 cups fresh spinach (or a mix of spinach and arugula for a peppery kick)

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber (refreshing and anti-inflammatory)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • Juice of ½ lime (brightens the flavor and supports digestion)

  • Optional: 1–2 fresh mint leaves or a small piece of fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.

  2. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until silky smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust: add a splash more milk if it’s too thick or a drizzle of raw honey/maple syrup if you prefer a touch more sweetness.

  4. Pour into a glass or to-go jar and enjoy right away! Keeps in the fridge for up to 24 hours (shake well before sipping).
